My art is a kind of fictional documentation, filled with playful contradictions that embrace idiosyncrasy and curiosity. Through intricate details, surreal treatments of organic elements and layered juxtapositions, I create subtle yet intriguing narratives. Musicality and storytelling are central to my work, where every image contains complex messages waiting to unfold. Inspired by the patience and depth found in the films of Theo Angelopoulos and the music of Elena Karaindrou, I strive for a similar sense of rhythm and nuance in my illustrations. I toil with ink, pencils, and watercolors—taking reality for a spin, where each dash and line reveals a story from the soil.
